as much as the binary boyfriends drama is my favorite part of season 6, the logistics of it baffle me to no end. First of all, I have absolutely no idea why Eli would not simply submit an EA application if he was already planning to. EA (early action), unlike ED (early decision) is NOT legally binding, meaning if you are accepted EA, you do not have to attend that school. While the application deadline is earlier, it seems that by September/October of his senior year, he was still planning to apply EA, which means that most likely, his applications were already done bc that’s what you do if you plan for EA. Like, I agree with demetri, not applying EA does significantly lower your chances and there’s no reason to decide last minute not to submit your application. Application fee maybe, but it’s $75 and you cannot convince me that Mr. Eli “new ugly color coordinated athleisure set every day” Moskowitz cannot afford that. MIT doesn’t even have ED so you can’t convince me that’s what the writers meant. Even if you want to keep your options open, but still have even the slightest inkling you want to go to MIT you should apply early action. People apply EA to schools they don’t want to go to all the time. AND FURTHERMORE, the drama is so silly to me because there’s like so many colleges in Boston alone, let alone Massachusetts as a whole, Eli does not need to be at MIT specifically for them to stay close. (However demetri alexopolous has the right to be upset about truly anything, I think he’s earned it)

honestly shein has a lot of great clothes and they can last long if you take care of them. i have a few tops that were given to me from there and romwe and honestly they're great. boohoo is where i love to get my baggy sweatpants. the main ones i wear are from there and i could literally fit 3 of me in them and they're still a size small like they hyooooooj but also mighty comfy. plus all the halloween stuff is on shein now yea? my cousin is mad obsessed with shein and romwe so im sure she'll be sending a tonne of shit from there too 😂

As a person with a strong stellium I low-key envied people who have charts all-over the place, it's like looking to a beautiful multifaceted mirror. It makes you more flexible, charming even if the individual usually feels more lost and tends to go with the flow. But in some sense it makes you more "compatible" to others, they have a multiple view of points and can understand different people and their thoughts better. Meanwhile with a stellium, you have a more fixed view, like a tunnel vision, it's white or black. Though you acquire more will and confidence, you feel like a solid monolith and you become a solid monolith that everyone can count on in moments of crisis.

Other than booze which I love, Rhino Horn is definitely my favorite. Helps me get shit done but is also fun. But it's not like that for everybody. Eddie basically only does it when he's in a mood and Mary doesn't fuck with it at all, she's more of a stoner than a tweaker. Weeds fun every once in a while. I don't really like opium because you just sit around and nod off. You feel really happy but you don't do much and I like to be doing shit. Can't have a coconut war on opium, and it's a bit of a waste of medical supplies anyway. I basically only do it if there's nothing else on the boat. Mushrooms are great for an afternoon, kinda like weed in that it's for a special occasion where you want to sit around and giggle at stupid shit. You know if you mix mushrooms with lemon juice it dissolves em a little bit and it doesn't last as long but it hits you way harder.

🥰🥰 I’m glad! It’s one of those headcanons that’s always background noise for me, a thing I sometimes forget isn’t actually what’s going on with him in the show, but idk, something today just made me want to ramble about it.

I really should write some more fic about it (and dean in general but also have you listened to that man speak. I don’t have the pop culture knowledge nor the insanity to make his dialogue anywhere near believable alsjfkgjsl.) it’s really something that brings me quite a lot of joy to think about, a scenario where dean just gets to live fulfilled without the weight of performing a part in a Romantic Heterosexual Marriage™️, the Normal Life he’s been raised with the ideal of.

look I’m trying not to be sappy here cause it’s midnight and if I drop the filter, I’m gonna be such an emotional idiot on this here tumblr.com, but the fact that Dean’s real happy ending is just him getting to cohabitate with his brother and his friend, with the rotating door open for other friends and family to stay whenever they like? Man, that’s just. That’s so. I’ll weep about that, dude, that’s what he needs, that’s what he deserves.
